3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Prices do not include shipping fees or import taxes (if applicable).

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Ubud, Bali.
  • Shipping is handled by local and international courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving the product.

    • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, unless:
    • Item is defective
    • Wrong item was sent
